Oil-Based Paint

Oil-based paint is a popularly used for glazes as it takes a longer period to dry, which allows for corrections of blemishes; however, it is not very environmentally friendly.

​Wall

  • Apply primer to dry wall

  • Create a smooth, buttery paste of pigment and oil

  • Apply layers as desired appearance (fix blemishes)

  • Apply varnish as a spot resistant coating
